Session Two Prepare yourself with tips and a training schedule to improve your strength, stride and stamina. Whether you're training for the Long Beach Marathon or just want a better time on the strand, you'll learn to skate faster and more efficiently. Learn basic strategies such as pacing, knowing your highest endurable speed, edging, drafting, passing, declines, starts, and LOTS more. Pre-requisite - Students should be able to effectively stop. All clinic participants
receive a Salomon skate bag,
Directions - Clinics will be held in Long Beach located in the beach lot located off of Ocean Blvd at Granada Ave near the beach-front restaurant, Sunsets on The Beach. The lot is just south of the Long Beach swim center. This is the part of the boardwalk between E. Livingston and Bay Shore Avenue. - Map
